Where the Real Fun Begins

The bathroom is, to put it mildly, crap. The tub surround is cracked and missing caulking, the laminate floor is warping because, hello, laminate + moisture = bad.I dig the drywall repairs. The plumbing was all replaced in 2006, and I guess the owner couldn't figure out how to patch the walls. This is the backside of sheetrock (I thought it was cardboard at first) surrounded by some type of foam gap filler and covered with masking tape.

And the toilet doesn't work (not like we'd keep it anyway).

The sad thing is that it was like this when people were living in the house. They didn't seem to care and it seems like they kept dumping more stuff into the sink anyway.
