Damn straight CFSC doesn't own the property, because we do!
The sale was recorded with the county today, so we took official possession at 8 am (even though we signed final docs a week ago and had permission to start work several weeks ago). The sign wasn't there last night. So why today, when we finally own the house outright, does someone put a no trespassing sign up? I'd say that they're unauthorized, not me!
I tried calling the company listed to ask why this happened, and the machine picked up with another company name--neither is the selling agent's company. I wasn't about to leave a message, so I guess this will remain a mystery.
