I spent yesterday evening using an acid wash on the floor to get up all the grout residue. I thought I could just scrub it and everything would come up. For the most part, it does, but I have to scratch around the edges of the blue tiles to get them perfectly clean and square. I now have ground my thumbnails down completely.
While I was working on the tile, Ryan was making Bunsen happy with this project. He had to put a new lock in the door and make it actually close, but once that was done, we were ready for the dog door. We just have to make sure Bunsen doesn't try to run out while the exterior screen is closed!
