Well, just don't peek around the wall.We have to get a plumber to replace the valve that connects to the shower handle, since it doesn't come anywhere close to matching the one that goes with our new shower set. We probably could close up the wall since there's a hole in the other side from the last plumbing installation, but we're not taking any chances.
But the thing that will be really cool about the shower is this niche. Instead of mortaring in a soap dish or hanging a rack over the shower head, we planned ahead and stuck this in the wall. Hopefully, it will look totally pro when we're done!
