I finally took the time to fix the drywall in the bathroom, including the bad patching job that had been done when we first remodeled and a patch that had been recently completed after a roof leak repair. Part of the task involved fixing the corner where there was no corner bead, turning it from this:
I re-patched everything in the bathroom, which meant everything wold have to be painted, which meant removing everything from the walls.
A familiar scene reminiscent of several years ago. (Side note: I've had that gallon of hand soap that's sitting on the counter since I was in college and just starting to date Ryan. I finally finished it, filling the bathroom dispenser and putting the dredges into an extra bottle.)I finished priming and putting on one coat of paint. The second coat will have to wait for Ryan because I'm on my way back to school.
