Before & After: Bathroom

Ugh, the bathroom.  So awful we ripped it out (with permission from the seller's agent) before we closed escrow.  The floor was rotted, the tub was filthy, the plumbing didn't work...

 ...the wall was patched with cardboard, masking tape, and foam gap sealer.

 Now it's beautiful.

 The stopped-up sink in a pressed wood vanity with white tiles in pink grout...

...became an antique cabinet with granite top (and of course a working sink).
