Countertops, Here We Come

The granite templater is tentatively coming tomorrow to measure for our countertops, so we needed to mount the heavy duty bracket that goes over the dishwasher and the side panel today. Seeing as Ryan was driving out to Palm Springs for an overnight project, the installation duty fell to me. I would normally leave projects that involve an electric saw to Ryan--I don't want to start a family tradition of cutting off thumbs--but we're on a timeline so I cut the panel down myself. Mounting the bracket would have been easier with two people since it's eight pounds, but I got it in and it's level with the cabinets.
