After lunch, Ryan officially declared "enough with the cabinets for this weekend," so he started on a new project. We'd gone to Home Depot to find brackets to support the countertop over the dishwasher, but ended up buying a fan for the center of the kitchen. I wasn't allowed to help with the installation, but Ryan found a helper anyway.
The fan looks similar to the arts and crafts-style fans we have in the bedroom and office, but it's shorter and gigantic. It fills the space nicely, and the blades almost match the cabinets.
