After some caulking fixes, the second coat of paint went onto the trim.
Except for a few rogue bits of stuck blue tape and some edges that need to be razored. the trim is done.
We looked at the bottom of the drywall and edge of the floor for so long, I thought it would be surprising when the trim went in. We had a year trim delay in the bathroom and it took a while to get used to the clean transition from wall to floor, but I didn't feel that in the kitchen. Ryan didn't even realize that the trim was in for at least a day, and then told me that a specific bit of caulking looked good four days after I'd done it.
We're in the home stretch!
