I've been working through the box of hanging pictures that's been sitting around since we moved. There are now a bunch of pieces in the hall,
a grouping above the bed,
art in the guest room,
and the debut of the obnoxiously large wedding portrait above the fireplace.
I actually just got around to getting this framed. The guy at the store showed me how it's best to use the main mat to bring out the faces, not the accent colors. He went through all sorts of options and was really excited about it, so I kind of just let him do whatever. I wasn't really sure how it would look, but it's better than I thought and it occupies the space well.
