The roof has been leaking over our bathroom for several years, and even though we could clearly see the bowing from the water and a half-patch, we tended to ignore it until it rains.
Ryan had gotten a grinder for Christmas in order to cut out a perfect section of the lathe and plaster, so he cut the hole this morning. Then, he used lots of liquid rubber to seal the leaks.
We have to let it dry and water test it tomorrow, but hopefully it's sealed.
