It turns out that Ryan has some obsessive compulsive tendencies, too. He spent hours today sorting boxes and boxes of tools in the garage.
I asked if he was going to get rid of any duplicate tools,and he said that there wouldn't be any duplicates. Everyone needs 20 screwdrivers, I guess.
Meanwhile, I spent the afternoon planting a row of hedges along the edge of the yard. I dug a trench, rolled out landscape fabric, and planted boxwood 12 inches apart.
I also planted a "pink breath of heaven" shrub at the sidewalk end and put down mulch.
