Last night, I grouted the last bathroom tile. Today, I barely worked on patching, but since I am blowing out large amounts of green snot (you're welcome for the visual, Ryan), I didn't really do much of anything. In the afternoon, I was feeling like the landscape day was a-wastin', so I headed over to Home Depot to pick up some plants.
I bought a Blue Potato Bush--except
trained as a tree and therefore 10 times more expensive--to go in the front planter. That took some wrangling to get in the car, and when I got home, I decided to plant it right then and there. I also got some flowers to go in the planter, but I'm not ready to think about how I'm placing those just yet. So for now, they live on the porch.
