Yesterday at work, I was freaking out over reports of Long Beach flooding and photos like this one of the 710 at Willow:
One story I read said that the westside was flooding, although all the photos were of downtown and Belmont Shore. So I wasn't really sure what to expect when I got home. There was a dirt/water line on the driveway, but presumably it was from backed up gutters and not actual street flooding.
Today, the rain didn't seem as bad, but water must have gotten under the door because there was a layer of dirt on the floor. Weird that there are two voids in the dirt when nothing was there (except that squiggly line is where I wiped my finger thinking it was dust--my cleaning skills are that exemplary--because there was no way that it could be dirt).
